1. Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- If Leadswale fails to deliver the agreed number of leads within the specified timeframe.
- If the leads provided are completely irrelevant to the client’s business niche.
- If duplicate or fake leads constitute more than 20% of the total leads delivered.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- If the client is unable to convert the leads into customers.
- If the client changes their requirements after lead delivery.
- If the client does not respond to our team’s communication for order fulfillment.
- If the purchased leads have been used or contacted already.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, clients must:
- Submit a written request within 7 days of receiving the leads.
- Provide proof of invalid leads (e.g., incorrect contact information, irrelevant business niche, etc.).

4. Refund Approval & Processing
- Once we receive a refund request, our team will review and verify the claims within 7 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
- In case of partial refunds, the refund amount will be determined based on the percentage of invalid leads.
5. Modifications to the Policy
Leadswale reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on our website.
